DRAW LOOK OF THE MONTH NOVEMBER
1. General description of the draw
These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) regulate the draw organised by MANGO MNG S.A. (hereinafter, “MANGO”), with registered office at Vía Augusta, number 10 (Polígono Industrial Riera de Caldes), 08184 Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona), for the purpose of thanking the members of the MANGO STYLE COMMUNITY (hereinafter, the “Community”) for their participation in the activities proposed.
2. Participant requirements
2.1 All individuals residing in a country where MANGO makes Community registration available may participate in the draw.
2.2 Participants must be natural persons, of legal age according to the legislation of their country of residence, and members of the Community.
2.3 Partners or employees of MANGO, its associated or collaborating companies, as well as their spouses or first-degree relatives, may not participate and therefore cannot be awarded any prize.
2.4 Participation in the draw is free of charge.
3. Participation
3.1 Individuals who meet the above requirements and complete the activity or dynamic communicated on the Community website on 18 November 2025 will be entered into the draw.
3.2 Only one entry per person and per draw will be accepted.
3.3 MANGO will announce this promotional action on 18 November 2025. The participation period will run from 18 November to 2 December 2025, both dates inclusive. Only entries received within these dates will be considered.
4. Technical requirements
4.1 Any participant who fails to follow the instructions, requirements or conditions established in these Terms will be excluded from the draw.
4.2 MANGO reserves the right to exclude any person acting fraudulently or contrary to the spirit of the Community.
4.3 Only entries that have correctly fulfilled the requirements of the call will be considered valid.
5. Selection process
The winners will be selected at random using a certified draw tool during the week following the end of the participation period, from among all participants who meet the conditions.
Substitutes will also be designated who, in order of selection, may receive the prize should any initially selected winner lose their right to it for any reason set out in these Terms.
6. Prizes
6.1 The prizes will consist of MANGO gift cards, with the amount defined and communicated in each draw. These may be redeemed online at https://shop.mango.com/ or in the official MANGO App.
6.2 If the prize is cancelled or cannot be enjoyed for reasons attributable to the winner, they will automatically lose their right to it.
6.3 In the event of force majeure, MANGO reserves the right to modify the prize conditions or replace the prize with another of equal or greater value.
6.4 The prizes are personal and non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
7. Notification of prizes
MANGO will contact the winners via a private message on the MANGO STYLE COMMUNITY within ten (10) days after the draw closes. Winners must expressly accept the prize within the period indicated in the communication. Otherwise, they will lose the right to the prize and the designated substitutes will be contacted.
8. Reservations and limitations
8.1 MANGO is not responsible for errors in the information provided by participants that may prevent their identification.
8.2 MANGO is not responsible for services provided by third parties relating to the delivery or enjoyment of the prize.
8.3 MANGO may cancel, modify or suspend the draw at any time due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or fraud.
8.4 Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these Terms.
8.5 MANGO may request the winners’ express consent to use their name or image free of charge for advertising purposes related to the draw.
9. Data protection
9.1 The personal data of participants will be processed by MANGO for the main purpose of managing participation in the draw, communicating with the winners and delivering the prizes.
9.2 The data controller is MANGO MNG S.A., NIF A-61819906, with registered office at Vía Augusta, number 10 (Polígono Industrial Riera de Caldes), 08184 Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona). You may contact the Data Protection Officer at dpo@mango.com.
9.3 The legal basis for the processing is the acceptance of these Terms when participating in the draw.
9.4 Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the draw and subsequently for the legally required period.
9.5 Data may be shared with companies in the MANGO Group, public authorities where required by law, and service providers involved in the draw’s management, always under MANGO’s instructions. In the case of international data transfers, adequate protection measures will be ensured according to applicable regulations.
9.6 Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending their request to stylecommunity@mango.com or to MANGO’s postal address. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they believe their rights have been violated.
10. Applicable law
This draw will be governed by Spanish law and will not be valid in countries whose internal legislation prohibits participation in draws of this type. Current tax legislation will apply to the prizes.
