MANGO INNOVATION COMMUNITY GUIDE

1. ACTIVITIES
The Activities section helps you explore the community by theme. You’ll find three main spaces:

Fashion Gallery: share your current favourite looks and get inspired by what the community’s wearing.

Experience Lab: a space to share ideas and co-create unforgettable experiences with us.

Product Reviews: share your latest purchases and tell us how they’ve been — from unboxing and packaging to fit, wear and washing.

We’d love you to join in across all three.

2. DIRECT MESSAGES
In “Direct Messages”, you’ll find your private chats with other community members — one-to-one or in groups.

You can filter messages by:

From your inbox, you can also create your own group chats.

3. GROUPS
Groups are where you can chat, share and stay in the loop. We’ve created two main spaces:

Mango News!: discover the latest updates from Mango and the community.

Community Chat: an open chat to share experiences, swap opinions and connect with people who share your passion for fashion.

4. PEOPLE YOU FOLLOW
When you follow someone, you’ll see their posts in the For You section on the homepage.

To follow someone, click on their name and hit Follow on their profile.

If you ever want to unfollow them, just tap the same button again.

The people you follow also appear in a dedicated inbox section, so it’s easy to start a conversation.

5. ACTIVITIES AND DRAWS
The community gives you the chance to take part in surveys and challenges that let you enter gift voucher draws:

Bi-monthly activity: take part in the Look of the Month questionnaire (or other themed surveys). Answer a few questions and you’ll be entered into the draw for a €100 gift voucher.
Quarterly activity: complete your Missions and earn your ⭐ to enter the bi-monthly draw for 2 €100 gift vouchers. You can check your progress and any pending Missions in your profile.
Annual activity: keep your Missions on track across all four quarters of the year and you’ll be entered into the final draw for 3 €150 gift vouchers.

6. NOTIFICATIONS
In Notifications, you’ll get updates on your activity in the community, such as:
